Job Descriptions
- As a member of the source country marketing team that provides services to agents on behalf of the regional Navitas Institution i.e. Australia/NZ, Canada, UK, USA and Singapore.
- The role plays an important role in driving leads/enquiry & conversion activities through agencies & other channels and delivering support services in conjunction with the Navitas teams to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment.

Nature of Communication:
- Direct Line Manager. Day to day direction. Responsible for executing divisional strategy in market
- Provides advice to Mar/Comms on communications, market positioning and direction on which agents to support. Receives market specific communications collateral from Mar/Comms to share with agents. Works with Mar/Comms to coordinate social media campaigns.
- Provides training to counsellors on value proposition regarding pathways concept and BU specific products, and pre-departure training. Takes enquiries from agents regarding students or products. Supports agents at fairs etc.
- Divisional lead for region. Responsible for development and execution of divisional strategy across the region
- Takes day-to-day operational advice for office compliance and strategic market advice as required. Will provide advice and support in driving agent account performance.
- Owns the territory and channel relationships. Provides direction/instruction on servicing (training/support) of agent channel
- Provides information to potential students (at fairs / exhibitions / phone enquiries).
- Is trained in products and sales kit by Marketing Managers. Provides BU’s with feedback regarding products, conversion and market analysis.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
Technical Role Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, sales or a related discipline
- Salesforce experience desirable
- An understanding of the international education industry and visa process
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships, particularly with agents
Non-Technical Role Requirements:
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural matrixed environment
