Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.
• Prepare and execute client contracts pursuant to specific consultations.
• Adjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs of clients.
• Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to our clients’ desires for smaller carbon footprints.
• Communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
• Must be AutoCAD proficient
• SketchUp and NBS experience would also be preferred.
• Experience in generating and submitting planning applications, full Building Regulation and working drawing packages in AutoCAD.
• Excellent design skills with good hand drawing / sketching ability together with good written and communication skills is essential.

Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Managers with the creation, revising, and execution of design packages in AutoCAD.
• Creating furniture floor plans in AutoCAD.
• Assist in the sourcing and selection of finishes, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and decorative hardware.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of finish, plumbing, appliance, and decorative hardware schedules for clients and contractors.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of material binders and bins. Make sure binders have copies of all finishes.
• Assist with maintaining and keeping sample library organized and up to date, and keep storage organized.
• Pick up, deliver and return samples and other items as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Advanced AutoCAD required.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task with time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
