Job Title: Project Secretary
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities
The Project secretary must be able to perform the following responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department’s operations
- Maintain records of engineers and assist in their movements
- Take minutes of meetings and maintain records for the operations and project team
- Develop and maintain document control processes for efficient management
- Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department
- Support the officers and project team in daily administrative roles and assist to keep stock of stationery supplies for the department.
- Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
- Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team
Job Requirements
- At least a minimum of 3-5 years of cognate experience in the construction or oil and gas industry.
Qualification & Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petrochemical, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering.
- Proficient in MS. Office applications (especially MS. Excel, Word and Power points).
- Possesses a good understanding of Engineering terms and lingua.
- Certifications for various technologies and products.

Job Title: Senior Project Engineer/ Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Descriptions
- The Senior Project Engineer/ Business Development Manager shall effectively carry out the following duties
- Preparation of tenders for new projects
- Attend pre-tender meetings and generate reports
- Source for new projects and explore opportunities
- Execute all dredging projects including all technical and project documentations.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and above in Mechanical, Civil, Petrochemical, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering.
- Good command of Primavera and MS. Office especially MS. Excel and Power points.
- Planning and organizing skills, knowledge of business plans, tenders requirement and market
- Trainings and certifications for various technologies and products.
- At least a minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in pipeline/ flowline construction and facilities
Personal Attributes:
- Good presentation, management and leadership skills
- Result oriented with focus on project delivery
- Good command of both written and oral English.
