Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
  • Announcing clients as necessary
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Preparing meetings
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling appointments.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Hotel & Catering Management
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • 2 – 3 years prior experience as a receptionist/Front Desk in related field
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Description

  • Provides excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders
  • Prepares tables by setting up linens, silverwares and glasses.
  • Communicates order details to kitchen staff.
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems..

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate or OND
  • At least one year experience in hospitality industry.
  • Effective communication and customer Service Skills

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Accountancy or a Finance related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Professional qualification is added advantage
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and other Accounting Softwares
  • Good time management skills

 

 

Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location:

Responsibilities

  • o Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all F& B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
  • o Managing the day-to-day operations of F&B within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Your goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • A BSc / HND in Hotel & Catering Management
  • Must have at least 2-5 years demonstrable Food and Beverage Management experience from a reputable Hospitality Company.
  • Must have excellent record of kitchen Management, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and Leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets and must be Guest Oriented and Service minded.
