- The Transfer Pricing Consultant will assist in ensuring the application of global transfer pricing rules and concepts in order to achieve the best solutions and meet clients’ objectives.
- The ideal candidate is expected to possess technical competencies that will strengthen the team’s effective operations in the Transfer Pricing marketplace.
He/she will:
- Be part of the team advising and managing transfer pricing services for our clientele of large corporate multinational companies
- Ability in analysing various industries, companies and processes to determine where value is created and how business activities are remunerated. Your work will help our clients to determine their intercompany transfer-pricing policies and to prepare related reporting to the tax authorities. Typical responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct regular economic analyses pursuant to the preparation of transfer pricing reports, including responsibility for data-gathering;
- Prepare relevant transfer pricing reports and benchmarking analysis;
- Analysing business value chains to establish the most appropriate transfer pricing policy;

The Role
- The Senior Training Consultant should have a significant work experience as a trainer, training facilitator, or organizing multiple training events, preferably in a corporate environment
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and evaluates complex training plans and programs for Employees and Ascension Consulting clients.
- Develops comprehensive training materials, manuals, procedures and/or visual aids to meet objectives of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Develops and conducts training needs assessments and determines training requirements for new program development.
- Conducts training and ongoing training evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends comprehensive training modifications including process improvements.
- Provides actionable feedback to Management from training engagements and supports marketing of the firm’s training plans with individuals or groups identified.
- Serves as a trusted training subject matter expert and ensures training materials, procedures, plans and/or programs reflect business needs and specifications of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Directs, conducts and/or participates in all training projects as will be assigned.
