We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of all factory machines such as Tableting, Capsule, Powder mixing, packaging syrup filling and capping machines etc.
- Ensure that all production machines are in perfect working condition.
- Keep records of all machines with details of repairs, servicing date etc.
- Oversee the functioning and maintenance of the water treatment plant.
- Ensure that all plumbing connection in the entire company are working perfectly.
- Advice and follow up procurement of machines both locally and overseas as the case may be.
- Be in charge of generator set and keep appropriate records of repairs, servicing and diesel consumption.
- Ensure that all electrical appliances such as Air conditioners, refrigerators, lightning, television etc are always in perfect working condition.
- Coordinate the qualifications and validations of all the factory equipment.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering
- Must have worked in a pharmaceutical company as an engineer
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum of 4 years and above.
Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Prepare pension and tax schedule for remittance.
- Opening and management of employee (Personal) file.
- Liaison with government and other institutions.
- Registration of new staff on payroll; and deletion of exit staff as required.
- Preparation and issuing of query, letters, memo as directed by Head, HR & Admin.
- Prepare overtime sheet and employee payroll.
- Arrange work attendance on daily basis.
- Supervise the cleaning of offices and company premises.
- Ensure accurate job description in every staff files.
- Constant review of all employee files.
- Provide logistics support during interview and training session.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- B.Sc, HND in Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR/Admin.
- Must be computer literate.
- Presently working as a Human resources officer in a reputable organization
Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Descriptions
- To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving same.
- Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
- To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
- To control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.
- To liaise with the Marketing department through the NBM execute marketing programs for the region.
- To develop the company’s business evenly among the distributors, representatives and government institutions and parastatals in the region.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must have:
- B.Pharm, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Marketing is an added advantage.
- 10 Years experience in Marketing of Pharmaceuticals.
- Computer Literate
- Must based in the Northern part of the country
