Job Description
- To ensure electrical design, maintaining, implementing or improving electrical instruments and facilities, components, equipment products, and development processes.
- To plan, operate and perform a wide range of task related to the development of buildings using software and equipment.
- To Confer with the project team engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential products related to electrical instruments, conducting and electrical ducts.
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring electrical works on site as well as effective cost and schedule control. Also ensuring that the subcontractor estimates, prepare and assign all resources efficiently.
- To interpret the architectural and structural drawings, study contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to site execution and ensuring that all work is done as per approved drawings.
- To Establish construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical projects and studies, while preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio equally showcasing pas projects worked on with timelines.
- Bachelor’s, HND or equivalent in Electrical field.
- At least 2-4 years working years of experience at a construction company, firm or a development firm.
- Vibrant, Fast and Productive with result oriented mindset.
- Quick and fast solution thinker; ability to craft solutions to mechanical problems easily.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, design and construction simultaneously.
- Expert mastery of Computer aided design tool (CAD).

- Structural Engineer who will plan and design building structures following the architectural designs and supervising the structural construction and government standards, using standards, using design software and drawing tools.
