Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • Draft monthly e-newsletters.
  • Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
  • Stay up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
  • Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
  • Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
  • Be responsible for website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
  • Develop innovative digital marketing strategies for online, paid search, and social media touchpoints that drive awareness and revenue growth via the e-commerce channel
  • Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies to generate marketing qualified leads to support direct sales pipeline needs
  • Collaborate with the creative team, and company stakeholders to get content and creative assets developed to support digital marketing activities
  • Optimize digital marketing activities through testing and analytics analysis
  • Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments to implement cohesive and successful marketing campaigns
  • Develop and report on the digital marketing budget and return on investment
  • Research best practices and toolsets within digital marketing and identify new opportunities
  • Understand product goals and likely consumer behavior/user motivations to adjust campaigns strategies as needed

Requirements

  • Working toward a Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization, digital marketing and social media practices
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, self-motivation and ability to multi-task
  • At least one year of experience in content marketing and search engine optimization preferred
  • Completion of at least one business course preferred

Job Title: Front Desk Secretary

Location: Lagos
Reports to: Managing Director or as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and information.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Act as a support for all other departments.
  • Greet, welcome guests and answer questions and address complaints.
  • Perform bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties and update appointment calendars and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

Requirements

  • OND in Secretarial Studies, Admin or any related degree
  • Minimal experience as a Secretary/PA/Administrative Functions or no experience at all.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Implement a first-class media management program for the company such as increasing clientele by prospecting for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  • Drive to increase revenue and develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, examining risks and opportunities and estimating partners’ needs and goals
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Job Title: Photographer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This role is for a youthful photographer with a creative and innovative mind who seeks to grow a career in photography.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning and Implementation of background/backdrop.
  • Properly light subjects using artificial or natural lighting and using flashes and reflectors where necessary.
  • Retouch, Resize and enhance images as needed using photoshop or other photography software.
  • Selects and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on clients wishes and theme of the photo.
  • Adjust apertures, shutter speeds, and camera focus based on a combination of factors such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, film type, and film speed.
  • Develop and print exposed film, using chemicals, touchup tools, and developing and printing equipment, or send film to photofinishing laboratories for processing.
  • Scan photographs into computers for editing, storage, and electronic transmission.
  • Set up photographic exhibitions for the purpose of displaying and selling their work.
