  • Ensuring proper documentation of samples and results
  • Reporting to the Medical Laboratory Scientist

Person Specification

  • Applicants must have completed the required professional training and qualifications for their disciplines from recognized institutions.
  • Must be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science council of Nigeria.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience.

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain/regulate the working structure by updating job roles, descriptions, and specifications for staff at all levels.
  • Managing/Overseeing the affairs and activities of the Hospital.
  • Overseeing the recruitment/hiring of new individuals to the hospital’s workforce whenever the need arises.
  • Conduction of orientation programs for new intakes.
  • Getting employees ready and equipped at all times to deliver organizational assignment.
  • Handling employees’ grievances and settling inter-personal disagreements between staff whenever such arise.
  • Ensuring legal compliance of the organization to relevant governmental human resource requirements.
  • Keeping account of historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; preserving past/current records.
  • Liaising with the accounting dept. in planning, preparing, executing and monitoring staff remuneration in accordance with their role and work input.
  • Getting and maintaining optimum results from workforce; monitoring and appraising job, counselling if need be, and undertaking disciplinary measures when members of staff don’t live up to expectation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must satisfy the following:

  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Must be certified by the institute of personnel management of Nigeria (IPMN).
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • Hospital Administration Certification will be an added advantage
