Role Overview
- The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving new business opportunities through lead generation to close out. Working under the Business Development Manager, the BDE is responsible for generating new business opportunities and ultimately closing out the business.
- The BDE will develop a comprehensive understanding of BH Stripes Ltd product offerings and value propositions and will be exemplary in effectively articulating them to new prospects.

Job Responsibilities
- To meet all assigned targets– New Business Revenue, Customer Meetings, Sales SLA’s
- Establish regular and effective communication with all Decision Makers of businesses won
- Produce a monthly forecast to include successfully identifying new business to close
- Maximize revenue by cross and up selling, whilst adhering to BH Stripes sales principle
- Be pro-active in approach to customer acquisition
- Follow up leads provided internally in order to win new business
- Take personal responsibility to build and maintain industry and competitors knowledge
- Acquire competitor(s) information on products, pricing, marketing performance, strengths and weaknesses
- Ensure all internal systems are accurately up to date with account activity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- Experienced in working in a target driven environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to campaign propositions and successfully deliver them to maintain personal performance

Job Title: Photographer
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Photographer to join our talented and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle professional photography jobs at the company’s photo studio, coordinate all studio, outdoor and corporate event shoots, professionally edit all images to a professional standard and also handle graphic design projects on ad-hoc basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Setting up studio equipment and directing and executing studio shoots
- Handling and supervising all lighting and camera equipment during session
- Reproducing, post-processing, printing and framing of photographic images
- Ability to shoot in studio and on location
- Good understanding of Fundamentals of Photography; composition, framing, lighting, exposure and depth of field
- Excellent photography enhancement skills; image editing, colour correction, retouching, image restoration, clipping path and image manipulation
- Designing web banners for ad promotion, images for social media post, logos, corporate identity design and branding
- Ability to mentor and train junior photographers on both theoretical and practical aspect of photography
Job Requirements
- Proven professional photography coverage experience
- Proficient in the handling of a broad range of NIKON cameras
- Good understanding of Fundamentals of Photography; composition, framing, lighting, exposure and depth of field
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Light room, Capture One and other photography specific software
- Shooting, lighting and printing skills
- Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
- Creative and artistic
- On the field experience, 1-3 years

Job Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
- Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
- Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
- Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
- Act as focal point to manage existing portfolio offoreign business partnerships
- Be knowledgeable in importation and clearing of items upon delivery – (from form M opening to duty payment and inventory of cleared goods)
- Willing to travel on short notice to participate in Business Development campaigns and exhibitions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- At least 3 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role
- Must have excellent communications skills and able to communicate using divers media
- Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
- Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
- Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development
- Ability to understand and speak French fluently will be an added advantage.
