Job Title: CRM Super User
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Description
- Ensure timely update of the CRM system and ensure it provides an effective sales funnel
- Ensure all pre-leads, leads and opportunities are captured in CRM
- Provide reports and dashboards as required for presentations and meetings
- Lead/holds weekly or monthly meetings (as required) to review Business development pipeline
- Conduct follow ups with internal teams or clients as required.
- Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
- Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
- Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
- Conduct and document market research to follow trends and competition
- Coordinate with our Directors, Business Development Managers and Sales teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.To increase revenues, document, track and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company
Requirements
- Proven work experience as with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices (IT to provide the Technical expertise).
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Must have ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Must be a results driven individual
- BSc in Marketing or relevant field
