Job Title: Internal Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and compliance programs of the Company.
Job Duties
- Ensures reduction in cost of operations by carefully vetting expenditure proposals.
- Monitors compliance with internal control system and review the effectiveness of control measures.
- Conducts price survey quarterly to guide approval of purchasing proposals.
- Conducts location audit to ensure that resources deployed (personnel, materials etc) are commensurate with the requirements of the clients.
- Carries out asset verification exercises.
- Monitor and provide advice to management on how to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls.
- Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses and develop best practices.
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.

Job Title: Training Instructor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To provide instructions to security through guard training courses and drills.
Job Duties
- Assist in the development of training to meet the training needs of Bemil Nigeria Limited and clients.
- Plan and facilitate training of Bemil Nigeria Limited’s Officers.
- Deliver training on and off-site to meet contractual obligations.
- Prepares trainee guards orientation schedule and training manuals.
- Ensures a high level drilling exercise for guards.
- Maintain training records and contractual training compliance.
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
- To manage specific projects or clients location within his/her jurisdiction and ensures smooth and efficient operations in term of adequate manning, guard force turn out/discipline, enforcement of post orders, rules and regulations.
Job Duties
- Ensures weekly location attendance and incidents reports to the Area Manager for action.
- Informs the Inspectors of short manning in his/her location for possible replacement.
- Responds to inquiries, investigations and information on security related problems in his/her location of operations.
- Liaises with client officers on all aspect of the project.
- Ensures strict compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
- Ensures Guards conduct and adherence to company’s rules and regulations as well as the rules of the clients where they are deployed.
- Coordinates security operational activities of the guards in the location.
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
