Position Summary:
- The Institutional Capacity Development Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the capacity of State actors in line with the Global Fund goal of Implementing programs with States as Sub recipients, the Advisor will carry out various system strengthening activities with the State Ministry of Health, State Agency for AIDS Control and other relevant agencies through assessing and identifying major gaps in capacity of State Government systems using the NOCAT tool and developing capacity of state systems through appropriate training and systems strengthening activities.
- He/she shall be engaging with key relevant government institutions and stakeholders to follow up on activities and action plans.
Reporting & Supervision:
- The position reports to the Deputy Project Director/ Technical Lead. The position has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Executive Director/ Program Management Lead. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline from an accredited university (Master’s degree or other advanced degree preferred);

Position Summary
- The Senior Finance Officer has the responsibility to participate in accounting, financial and other administrative policy planning and development.
- He should take part in preparing the zones annual budget on the basis of program narratives and work plans, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, Initiating corrective actions. He designs forms for financial data capturing; installs and manages the organizations electronic accounting systems and ensures that books of account are kept in accordance with the Generally Accepted Governmental Accounting Standards (GAGAS) with particular respect to the GF regulations.

Position Summary
- The incumbent wiIl be responsible for overseeing the design coordination and support for Implementation of community-based HIV service delivery and the supportive supervision of the OSS for Kps (FSW, MSM, TWG, PWIDs) in line with Global Fund (GF) TB-HIV Model.
- S/he will work as a member & the advisory team working with other staff members, Ministries of Health, and other key stakeholders on developing/updating guidelines and protocols for inclusion of community participation.
- This effort includes overseeing activities In the OSS, supporting the implementation of referral pathways and bidirectional referral systems between the national program and the KP led community-based initiatives.
- S/he will work in close collaboration with supported facilities to make sure animators (peer to peer outreach workers) supported by ECEWS are trained and have the requisite technical support to provide basic, but quality HIV care and treatment services to their clients.
- S/he will maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with key partners and stakeholders to strengthen community-based HIV counseling and testing services and referrals for care, treatment, and support services at the community and health facility levels.
- S/he will provide leadership to community- based organizations to implement an evidence- based prevention intervention inline with the national guidelines.

Position Summary
- Incumbent is the zonal team lead and will be responsible for coordinating staff program activities in meeting program objectives, drawing plans and overseeing the implementation of the TB/HIV prevention, care and Treatment service delivery in line with the OF NG&SOP, NAP and M&E national plans on TB/HIV prevention care and Treatment in the 4 states of Imo Enugu, Ebonyi and Abia states across the South East zone and in the States of Cross River, Bayelsa, Edo and Delta in the South-South zone.
- Incumbent will be responsible for providing support In developing and managing health programs that maximize development results and impact, coordinating and managing the technical services essential to the functioning and effective implementation of all programmatic activities across the 4 states in either zones, ensure that the systems (people, policies, processes and tools) that are necessary to play those roles exist and are fully operational, Providing technical assistance to supported facilities in establishing protocols for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment arid other health services that are consistent with national guidelines.
