Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or in person
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Manage and process all investment requests by customers
Implement quarterly surveys from feedback received via customer experience forms
Follow up and validate all potential customers via calls
Ensure that customer transactions are carried out seamlessly

Requirements/Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years experience
Minimum of OND/BSc. in Social Sciences or related discipline

Job Title: Branch Manager

Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:
Driving sales to ensure that teams in the branch meet their targets
Managing and running the branch effectively

Participate in the preparation and delivery of client presentations when necessary
