Job Description
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience in building relationships in the construction and real estate industries in high-end areas of Lagos with a proven track record.
- The Business Development / Sales Executive is responsible for developing new relationships with clients and also assist in the overall management of a diverse portfolio and understand the unique needs of various proprietors and future clients.
Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a business development / sales executive in construction/architecture/real estate company in high end areas of Lagos and proven track record.
- Organised, analytical, meticulous and confident
- Handling multiple projects, assignments and duties.
- Good with the use of MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
