Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos (Island and Mainland), Abuja, Warri, Port Harcourt

Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or in person
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Manage and process all investment requests by customers
Implement quarterly surveys from feedback received via customer experience forms
Follow up and validate all potential customers via calls
Ensure that customer transactions are carried out seamlessly
Any other assigned duties

Requirements/Qualification:

Minimum of 2 years experience
Minimum of OND/BSc. in Social Sciences or related discipline

Abilities:

Good communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
