Job Title: Advisory Manager
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Nature of Job: Permanent, Full time
Location: Lagos
Responsibility: Manage the advisory function of the Company.
Main Duties:
HR Transformation: – Design quality, tried and tested HR strategy solutions for clients.
– Incorporate innovative e-learning solutions in clients HR systems.
– Deliver quality change management solutions Talent Management: – Conduct quality and robust assessments on behalf of our clients.
– Ensure the right talent are attracted and retained.
– Implement solutions and systems to facilitate talent development
Learning & Development: – Coordinating and facilitating training sessions – Analysis and training report writing.
– Research in areas of training content and material presentation
Managerial: – Overseeing the execution of projects and in delivering on different client briefs.
– Ensure overall coordination and supervision of the team at all times. – Must display great leadership skills, ownership of the team, accountability and responsible for the well-being of each team member.
Requirements and Qualifications: – BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
– Minimum of 4 years working experience as an HR manager, HR consultant or a relevant role
– Specific experience in the Consulting space
