Job Title: Hotel Accountant
Location: Adamawa
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
- Processing all Account Payable transactions and payments.
- Processing all cash transactions and payments
- Responsible for all cost control functions of the organization
- Participate in monthly stock count and reconciliation
- Process general account queries and request.
- Reconciliation of accounts with the general ledger
- Responsible for processing and payments of all regulatory obligations eg, Pension, Vat, other taxes etc.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Accounting and Professional Accounting qualification of ICAN/ACCA/ANAN etc.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting and financial management in any hospitality organization.
Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager
Location: Adamawa
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
- The primary duty of a Technical Manager is to ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel.
- Within the hotel, Technical Manager may direct the maintenance staff on small repairs, such as patching drywall, fixing faulty wiring, or unclogging drains.
- Additionally, Technical Manager may evaluate a staff member’s cumulative performance, noting areas for improvement.
- Lastly, Technical Manager Budget material and labor expenses and submit these assessments to the hotel General manager.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND in Engineering, Facility Management or relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience in installing and troubleshooting electrical switches, operating boilers, Air Conditioner, Generators and repairing appliances etc. Good experience of working in Hospitality organization
Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Location: Adamawa
Reports to: The Chairman
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
- Handling customer complaints and queries
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
Qualification and Experience
- BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Business management or any related field. Master’s qualification in hospitality management is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in Managing a hospitality organization with good track record of leading and supervising staff.
