Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customers incoming calls and Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time line.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BSc/HND in Mass Communication or any Social Science discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
