We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customers incoming calls and Generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time line.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BSc/HND in Mass Communication or any Social Science discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
