Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Job Description
- The individual will play a key role as the member of Sales team in order to support sales activities & sales growth across all channels of business – Foodservice (HORECA), International Quick Service Restaurant (QSRs) and Retail.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team by providing backend support for daily / weekly sales activities, managing sales & stock data, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for ensuring sales order cycle is monitored closely & supplied, manage accuracy & timelines.
- Effective data management, analysis & reporting periodically.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Act as a central contact between sales team & accounts team.
- Address any gaps, customer complaints or issues.
- Ensure timely reporting to the authorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a must.
- Minimum 2-3 years exp of the sales coordination and FMCG market dynamics

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Sales & Business Development
Location: Lagos
Reporting to: the Sales Head
Job Description
- The individual will play a key role as the member of the management team tasked with scaling up and rapidly growing the frozen food business.
- The individual will be responsible for developing and executing the Sales & marketing strategy, identifying consumer/ customer needs, launching new products and implementing marketing and promotional programs in order to drive profitable sales growth across all channels of business – Foodservice (HORECA), Quick Service Restaurant (QSRs) and Retail.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement the Sales strategy and marketing plan.
- Focus on category development all three business channels – Foodservice, QSR chains, Retail.
- Multi-tasking / sales budgeting exercise / lead development & time management.
- Managing Under performance of a team member / Dead line oriented.
- Plan and conduct market researches with consumers/customers for insights gathering inputs of competitors & new product development etc.
- Work closely with Marketing for successful implementation of marketing & promotional programs across channels.
- Plan and execute consumer/ customer out-reach programs and events (food shows, festivals, consumer engagement etc.)
- Develop sales capability by training and on the job orientation of sales pitch and Demo.
- Beat plan and scaling the same towards accountability towards budget / Target.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a must.
- MBA in sales or an equivalent professional qualification would be a plus.
- Minimum 6-10 years of marketing experience preferably in FMCG/Dairy / Frozen/ Beverage {Beer} / Hospitality/ Modern Trade/ Catering School.
- Strong understanding of Lagos Food consumers and FMCG market dynamics

Responsibilities
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
- Research the market for the identification of new business opportunities.
- Intimate prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with same in order to close business deals.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
- Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
- Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
Education, Essential Skills and General Requirements
- B.Sc in any field.
- The ability to think logically
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solutions
