Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Auditing experience
- Compliance oriented
- Proficiency in accounting software
- ICAN or ACCA qualified
- At least 7 years relevant experience in Finance Management,
- Good communication Skills
- Strong Leadership Qualities

Responsibilities
- Preparing Financial reports
- Participating in budgeting processes
- Managing financial transactions
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations
- Developing plans for financial growth
- Evaluating and managing risk
- Coordinating audit processes
- Analyzing financial data
- Monitoring internal controls
- Ensuring excellent credit control
- Ensuring sound cash flow management
- Overseeing and preparing income statements
- Train other accounts staff on business finance issues and operations
