Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Formulate sales and marketing strategy
- Proactively fight to retain and expand market share.
- Propose goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and track ongoing results.
- Coordinate implementation of brand and sales program.
- Manage Sales & Marketing budget and P&L.
- Ensure that objectives in terms of sales, visibility, recruiting and customer service are achieved.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the BOD
- Translate marketing strategy into operational sales plan.
- Define structures for each channel and region, including operational planning.
- Develop and refine the market coverage plan.
- Establish and implement an appropriate compensation structure emphasizing a “pay for performance” culture.
- Ensure that the Regional/Channel Managers are well trained and motivated to deliver on aggressive sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Min of 7 years of experience as Head of Sales in a Financial Institution.
- Professional and Post Graduate Degree would be an added advantage.
