We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Civil Engineering & 5 years of Road Construction
• Must have worked in Lagos for a minimum of 5 years
• Must be able to speak & communicate in proper and fluent English
• Must have strong business writing skills
• Must have a strong sense of professionalism as candidate will attend high stake meetings with executive members of staff
• Experience with reports and presentations
• Excellent command of MS Office & MS Projects software (strong Excel & Admin Abilities)
• Must Be Highly Experienced in Tendering and Bidding
• Must be fully licensed and certified / chartered. (ABET, COREN certified etc)
• AutoCAD experience
• Understanding of Program of Works given and ability to execute it
• Technical capabilities on standards and specifications to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, modifications or structural repairs
• Proven management of construction, operations, or maintenance activities and staff at project site.

Education & Skills Required:

• BA in Civil Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering added advantage
  

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• We are urgently in need of a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Technical Civil Engineering, 5 years Road Construction Experience
• Must have worked in Lagos
• Must be able to communicate in proper and fluent English
• Must have strong business writing skills
• Must have a strong sense of professionalism to attend external high stakes meetings with executive members of staff
• Experience with creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Excellent command of MS Office & MS Projects software (strong Excel & Admin Abilities)
• Must Be Highly Experienced in Tendering and Bidding
• Must be Highly Experienced in providing Quantity Surveys for Projects
• Must be able to properly manage costs on a site
• Must be fully licensed and certified / chartered

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s Degree is advantage.
• Must be Chartered/ Certified Engineer.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• Versed in Analysis of survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical / geologic data
• Program of Works given and ability to compute material requirements
• Technical capabilities on standards and specifications to industrial construction and proven management of materials at project site.
