Job Title: Confidential Secretary
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• Applicants must be computer literate
• Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience
• Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies would be preferred.

Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Management)
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
• Must be very good in Property Management
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is an added advantage.

Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Agency)
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
• Must be very good in Agency
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market
• Good marketing and communication skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is an added advantage.

Job Title: Pupil Estate Surveyor
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market
• Good marketing and communication skills.

Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Specialisation in Valuation)
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience
• Must be very good in Valuation
• Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market,
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• ANIVS is required.

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND in the Social Sciences
• Computer Skill with minimum 2 years experience
• Be able to organise and supervise administrative activities of the firm.

Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a minimum of OND in Accounting with 2-3 years experience.

Job Title: Office Assistant/Clerk

Qualification
