We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Recovery/Loan Verification Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Maintain accurate; up-to-date customer account information.
- Reporting daily progress against targets to Head of credit.
- Verification of the prospective borrower addresses and give report on the acceptance of the credit proposal.
- Preparing letter of demand notice to the debtors.
- Daily monitoring of loan portfolio.
- Working with loan officer/account officers to contact debtors and pursue payment.
- Devising customized recovery strategy on a case by case basis.
- Making outbound collection calls to debtors.
- Reducing the non-performing loans owed to the bank.
- Any other task that may be assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
