Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of our projects.
  • Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
  • You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of construction and building.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the building and civil works construction sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the usage of the necessary construction software available in the industry.
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus

 

 

Job Title: Architect
Location:

Description

  • We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.
  • You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
  • The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

  • Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
  • Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
  • Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
  • Produce detailed construction documents. Compile project specifications
  • Keep within budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
  • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
  • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
  • Follow architectural trends and advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years working experience as an architect post NYSC.
  • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Communication and basic project management skills.
  • Minimum BSc degree in Architecture.

 

 

Job Title: Site Foreman

Job Title: Store keeper

Job Description

  • We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.

Job Title: Civil Engineer/Builder

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced civil engineer to join our growing organization. In this position, manage the construction of a variety of building structures.
  • A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills are compulsory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze survey reports, maps, plans, and other relevant information for project planning.
  • Budget, construction costs and risk analysis for projects.
  • Studying government regulations, environmental hazards, and other time constraints, risks, and expenditures when planning a project.
  • Perform soil tests for foundations.
  • Calculate budget cost estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and other expenditures
  • Perform tests on materials to ensure quality for projects.
  • Design and implement plans and simulations using 2-D or 3-D computer software to plan site organization, transportations systems, hydraulics, structural sound framework, and other facilities to the highest standards.
  • Oversee survey operations for construction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology or Building Engineering.
  • Experience working with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
  • Minimum 5 years working Experience post NYSC.
  • Experience with the use of mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge.
  • Superior computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to create 2-D or 3-D designs to run simulations, analysis, and tests
  • Solid math skills; utilizes principles of calculus, trigonometry, and other advanced topics in mathematics for analysis, design, and troubleshooting.
  • Organize to ensure compliance, monitor, and evaluate work, documentation, regulations, infrastructure, design; balances time needs and effectively allocates resources.
