Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, building rapport, providing technical information and product presentation.
- Report to the direct sales lead on sales, also providing feedback about outreach activities on a daily basis. Analyze the territory/market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.
- Expedite the resolution of customers’ problem and complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
- This role will be based in Ilorin and is strictly for Ilorin residents.
Remuneration
- Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Incentives/Commission.
Job Title: Documentation Verification Agent
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Summary of Responsibilities
- Collect and crosscheck customer’s documents to ensure they are complete and valid.
- Assess and analyze financial information and make good decisions. Prepare internal reports.
- Manage and maintain files for assigned portfolio of account.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
- This role will be based in Ilorin and is strictly for Ilorin residents.
Remuneration
- Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Incentives/Commission.
Job Title: Collection Agent
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Summary of Responsibilities
- Collect outstanding amounts from clients and achieve collections targets.
- Check inflows and follow up with customers.
- Maintain account’s book to ensure that the customers’ status is accurate and up to date.
- Develop reports on accounts.
- Visit/call customers for payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
- This role will be based in Ilorin and is strictly for Ilorin residents.

Job Title: Floor Sales Representative
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Summary of Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom. Explain the way Altara Credit Limited scheme works.
- Provide customers with correct updated pricing for products.
- Introduce and Cross-sell other products to customers where their main desire is not readily available
- Receive cash and prepare invoice for customers.
- Take inventory of goods in the showroom.
- Assist the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Take up any other roles assigned to him/her.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
- This role will be based in Ilorin and is strictly for Ilorin residents.
Remuneration
- Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Incentives/Commission.
