Job Title: Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing market research and Identifying potential customers.
- Ability to approach potential customers, through cold calling, arrange meetings with the objective to present the company and its services.
- Working with the company sales policy to achieve sales targets.
- Developing and performing effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to targeted potential customers
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to increase both the company and its product’s awareness.
- Negotiating price, costs and necessary specification with clients and colleagues.
- Record keeping of sales progress and information.
- Record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
- Key Account Management- ensuring timely renewals and excellent relationship management
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
- Giving future (anticipated) buying trends back to the managers.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven sales experience preferably in the sales of Security guards services.
- Track record of over-achieving quota and B2B/outside sales experience.
- Strong communication, good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and product management.
- Self-motivation and personal drive.
- B.A. /B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences and other related discipline.
- Proven, verifiable sales track record in security background and FMCG background.
- Graduate in Marketing, Social Sciences other related discipline.
- Professional qualification will be an advantage.

Job Title: Patrol/ Escort Driver
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- To drive and maintain assigned operational vehicle of the company.
- To maintain the assigned vehicle(s) by keeping them clean and in running state.
- Abide by the FRSC and other regulating rules and regulations laid down by the authorities to avoid any mishaps/ accidents.
- Ensure that you take care for the safety of those who are traveling with you in the vehicle.
- Take care of assigned vehicle (s) by sending them to the company’s garage for repairs when due for services.
- Ensure that all the vehicle’s documents are updated timely.
- Perform any other assignment as would be determine by the Shift or operations manager.
- Maintain an accident free record by driving within the stipulated rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE is required
- Minimum of 3 years Proven experience as a Driver
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Knowledge of Lagos roads and neighborhoods
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts

Job Title: CCTV Technician
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
- Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
- Support users of CCTV system by responding and resolving any issues on client’s device in real time.
- Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
- Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
- Installation and maintenance of alarm system, access control, panic buttons.
- Be familiar with network operating system
- Provide recommendations about accessing security and support
- Troubleshoot all technology issues
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
- Ensure installation of lock out programs
- Perform other related duties as required during working hours.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Sc., HND, OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering/Computer Science and ICT;
- Demonstrable practical experience in electrical installation work, especially on CCTV and other security products like panic buttons and access control.

Job Title: Professional Mechanic
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices;
- Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions;
- Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes;
- Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas;
- Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements;
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups;
- Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling, and electrical systems;
- Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications;
- Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors;
- Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, and linkages;
- Providing professional advice for spare parts procurement at best price and great and durable quality while availing self for procurement with assigned manager;
- Always on standby for emergency, panic, incident and other duties;
- Always on best behavior within the office;
Requirements
- Minimum of FSLC and a Certificate of Auto Mechanic Apprenticeship;
- Age: 30-45 years;
- Minimum of 5-10years experience;
- Proficiency and proven years of experience with minimum of 4-5 vehicle brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Peugeot etc.;
- Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines and under pressure;
- Good diagnostic and problem solving skills;
- Ability to complete record sheets and paperwork;
- Ability to manage self efficiently and stay up-to-date with latest technology and methods;
- Must be a team player and have a polite and professional disposition;
- Must be trainable;
Remuneration
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
