Job Title: General Manager, Haulage Division
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Core Responsibilities
- Strategically develop new business lines and complimentary sources of revenue to maximize the earnings of the Company
- Cost efficiency and Expense Management:
- Ensure that business processes and operations is improved to enhance performance as well as generate profit.
- Ensure Quality drivers are recruited.
- Ensure that all trucks are road worthy, fully Utilized and turnaround time (TAT) is maintained at all times
- Ensure that the division is well restructured and repositioned to make the company more attractive for capital injection by prospective local and foreign investors
- Liaise with the Clients for Profitable business, routes and reduced downtime
- Ensure that world class training packages are developed and delivered to build human capacity within the subsidiary, especially for the drivers, mechanics and key roles in our operations
- Enforce excellent service delivery in the Company according to world class standard and build customer loyalty.
Candidate Profile
- A B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or in a Transport related course from a recognized Tertiary Institution
- Must have at least 15 years post qualification experience in the Logistics Industry with 12 Years in Executive management position
- Must be a member of a recognized professional Body.
- Must have worked in the capacity of General Manager /Head of operations in any third-party haulage company attach to breweries in Nigeria.
Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Function: Operations
Core Responsibilities
- Shall be responsible for the repair, maintenance, efficient and effective allocation of Trucks and ensuring that the Drivers achieve their targets.
- Shall ensure that the company’s workshop for the maintenance of the trucks deployed for the breweries is managed in the best manner to ensure the best maintenance of the fleet
- Cost efficiency and Expense Management:
- Ensure that all trucks are road worthy, fully Utilized and turnaround time (TAT) is maintained at all times
- Shall ensure optimal fleet availability to ensure that the highest possible number of vehicles in our fleet are in use at all times
- Shall maintain the best relationship with the breweries to ensure that trucks always secure the highest trip allocation
Candidate Profile
- A B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or in transport related course from a recognized Tertiary Institution
- Must be a member of a recognized professional Body.
- Must have worked in the capacity of Operation Manager /Head of operations in any third-party haulage company attach to breweries in Nigeria.
- Must have at least 12 years post qualification experience in the Logistics Industry with 10 Years in Executive management position
