Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently looking for result driven and entrepreneural individuals to join our company as a Field Sales Agent.

Required Qualifications

• OND/Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 year experience
• Outstanding sales skill with proven ability to convert prospect into active clients
• Good knowledge of local sales region.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field to acquire new clients from various sectors- Fmcg, oil & gas, engineering, Professional services etc
• Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of sale
• Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales target.

Our Offerings

• Monthly Salary
• Uncapped commissions of 25% on total sales

Clearly defined path:

• Sales Agent > Team Lead > Sales Manager
