Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Job Description and Requirements
- 2 – 3 years experience as a call centre in an HMO
- To receive calls from providers and have first call resolution on pre-authorization queries for limited and straight forward cases or route the query to the correct department for call resolution
- Other call centre roles
- A qualified Nurse is preferably
- To receive calls from enrollees, client representatives and providers and prospective clients
