Due to expansion we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plumbing Technician

Location: Lagos

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: HND, City & Guilds, or Technical college.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Must have a proven track record of working in High rise building
• Must be able to work without supervision and a team leader quality personnel.

Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Location: Lagos

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Certificate in Material Management, or related field. Member of professional body is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, 2 years of which should be at Senior Management level.
• Must be able to oversee all inventory, equipment, materials purchases, and identifying areas of potential savings.
• Must be highly experienced in managing purchase orders and inventory control process

Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Location: Lagos

Qualifications & Experience

• A good first degree in Accounting or related field and member of professional body
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position, 5 years of which should be at Senior Management level
• Must have superior ability to handle multiple accounting task, have great attention to details andmaintenance of accounting principles.

Job Title: Property/ Maintenance Manager

Location: Lagos

Qualifications & Experience

• A good first degree in Estate Management or related field.
• Must have vast experience letting and maintenance of high rise buildings
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a similar position, 10 years of which should be at Senior Management level.
