Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- 2-3 years working experience as HR/Admin Assistant
- Be between 25-27 years of Age
- B.Sc/HND in Business related courses
- CIPM will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting process
- Monitor the vehicle documents to ensure timely renewals
- Assist in staff appraisals, trainings & conferences
- Liase with regulatory authorities to resolve staff issues and represent the company.
- Assist with issues of pension’s benefits & HMO’s of staff
- Ensures that staff queries/request are attended to on time
- Ensures that staff queries/request are attended to on time
- Prepare wages/ salaries of contract/casual workers
- Prepare monthly lunch subsidy of staff & process for approval
- Prepare monthly staff allocation as at when due
- Assist in On-boarding process
- Ensure stock inventories & issuing are properly documented
- Monitors the activities of drivers & vehicle maintenance
- Ensure that all issues requests from unit/departments are attended to in timely manner.
- Monitor daily staff attendance
- Assist in filling of documents into staff files
- Perform other HR/Admin duties as may be assigned from time to time
