Job Title: Junior Restaurant Cook
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while cooking to stir or turn
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year as a cook/chef experience
- Must be able to prepare various local dishes
- Knowledge of continental dishes is an added advantage
- Must be neat and conscious of working environment
- Must be ready to comply with health and environmental regulations
- Minimum of SSCE or any vocational training.
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be very hardworking and efficient
- Must be a team player
- Applicants should reside around Mile 12, Ketu, Ojota, Ikorodu Rd axis.
Job Title: Presser (Laundry Ironer)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Smooths and shapes fabric prior to pressing.
- Measures fabric to specifications, cuts uneven edges with shears, folds material, and presses with iron to form heading.
- Pins, folds, and hangs article after pressing.
- Sprays water over fabric to soften fibers when not using steam iron.
- Places article in position on ironing board or worktable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year experience working as a presser in a laundry firm
- Must be able to apply appropriate ironing techniques/skills in pressing fabrics
- Must be able to iron decent numbers of cloths
- Must be able to work according to descriptions and specifications
- Must be a team player
- Must be proactive,hardworking , efficient and goal achiever
- Applicants must reside around Surulere, Yaba, Mushin, Costains, Shomolu axis.
