Job Duties/Requirement
- Answers customer support messages via telephone or Web promptly to enhance the customer service experience
- Patiently listens attentively to customer and connects them with the appropriate department to address their needs
- Quickly learns the functions of the system to log in and respond to customer complaints
- Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account information and able to retrieve this information to create reports for management
- Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
- Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
- Knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers
- Address costumer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
- Meets regularly with team lead to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience
- Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
- Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Auditor/Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
- Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems.
- Maintains internal control systems; recommending new policies and procedures.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Title: Management Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Duties
- Conducts research to understand how a company functions and where a company can improve
- Analyses gathered information to form a hypothesis of company weaknesses and how to fix them
- Researches any organisation dysfunction and provides solutions for improvement
- Prepares recommendations on organisational improvement
- Discusses long-term goals of the business as these goals pertain to a new business model
- Works with members of own team to offer different ideas
- Clarifies strategic and operational problems and successes with management.
- Interviews all necessary groups, such as employees, management, and stakeholders to aid in consultancy
- Runs workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules
- Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations
- Stays current with latest trends in business and applies them to existing business models
- Travels to different job locations as required
- Evaluates competitors to pinpoint advantages or disadvantages in the current market
- Attends regular meetings to reevaluate new business model and adjusts as necessary
- Analyses financial statements including cash flow, net profit, expenditures, and revenues to find problematic areas
