Job Title: Workshop Concept Consultant
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical training in Nigeria
- Cooperation with Workshop Concept Consultant West Africa team
- Answer all technical questions and inquiries arriving
- Offer technical system support to local partners
- Assist partners with the establishment of a Bosch Workshop network (Technical and administrative)
- Introduce the BTS concept and offer first level support for the technical departments
- Assist with the user training of the Workshop Test Equipment range
- Monitor the quality of our products and initiate coordination with Ghana office for warranty management
- Represent our technical competencies to the local OE networks and educational entities
- Country responsibility to promote the technical aspects Bosch Partner concept (BCS, EBCS, BDS, and modules)
- Regular visits to local partners, OE organization and workshops to acquire market knowledge
Competencies and Qualifications
- Good technical skills, Quick learner and good teacher
- Able to work under pressure – sense of urgency
- MS Office Literacy (SAP experience, Auto CAD, workshop management system is an advantage)
- Fluent in English. French/German will be an added advantage (speak, read and write)
- High customer-orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working, high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, dynamism, responsibility and ownership of tasks
- Hands-on experience in repair and service of mechanical and/or electronic equip-ment would be considered a plus
- Able to explain technical systems, transfer knowledge to the workshop level
- University degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company
- Maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with high attention to details, team player
- Highly organised and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”.

Job Title: Trade Marketing & Data Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Bosch loyalty program towards retailers & workshops
- Responsible for in-house and customer events organization
- Responsible for communication campaigns (bill-boards, radio, at stores)
- Support direct communication to business partners like wholesalers, retailers, workshops (newsletters, catalogues, etc.) with sales team.
- Define planification for Point of Sales materials (posters, roll-up banners, stickers, signages, etc.) in coordination with Product Specialists.
- Tracking content & changes of Bosch Nigeria website (dealer locators, Rec. Retail price,etc)
- Support in preparation of yearly marketing plan
- Responsible for consolidation of Recommened Retail prices
- Support maintenance of market data in defined softwares
- Support collection of market data (vehicle park data, fast moving items, market prices, top brands).
