JOB TITLE: SALES UNIT MANAGER

•Build a team of a minimum of 10 people in the local  government you reside

Leading, training, and managing other members of the team and dealing and sell our product
•Managing agents responsible for customer enrolment.
•Pre-meeting, meeting and presentation to LGA allocated.
•Achieving sales targets while motivating agents to do same.
•Daily report achievements and challenges of team members.
•Organise and coordinate medical outreaches.

•Provide necessary information and report to  BD Manager.

Qualifications

Graduate of any suitable degree.
Demonstrated aptitude for Sales and Marketing
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
Willingness to travel
You must have a minimum of 4 years sales experience.
Insurance and Banking experience would be an added advantage.
