Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the school
- Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
- Establish performance goals and objectives.
- Explain or answer procedural questions.
- Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
- Examine learning materials.
- Monitor students and teachers for progress.
- Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff.
- Administer record keeping.
- Supervise teachers and other support staff.
- Maintain rapport with parents.
- Prepare budgets and annual reports.
- Review instructional objectives and adjust accordingly.
Requirements
- Must have HND/BSc in any related discipline
- Must have Minimum of 5-7 years experience
- Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate to Ibadan.
