- Identify and Quantity Growth Opportunities
New business acquisition:
- Establish Target Customer Portfolio
- Produce and Present Customer Proposal
- Negotiate and Close the Deal
- Implement the Agreement
- Prepare Acquisition Plan
- Explore and Validate Specific Customer Needs
- Product Trials and Demonstrations
Account management:
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships at all Levels
- Mobilize the Internal Organization to Deliver Agreed Service and Consultancy
- Service the Customer identify and agree customer service standards
- Optimize Account Profitability
- Identify Sales Growth Opportunities.
