Job Title: Social Media Manager/Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees all the company’s social media accounts management such as Instagram handle, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn;
  • Enlightens the audience and promote brand-focused messages by developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts;
  • Manage, track, and grow the company’s presence on all social media platforms;
  • Write well-crafted copy that achieves company’s objectives;
  • Communicate regularly with followers.
  • Ensure sync between what is available in the warehouse and online.
  • Manage returns of merchandise and work with the sales representatives’ team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers and provide customers feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services.

Qualifications

  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO is an advantage;
  • B.Sc in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is an advantage;
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist;
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills;
  • Good market knowledge.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Accounting with minimum 3 years’ experience or MSc in Accounting
  • Must be a chartered or have certifications relating to Accounting
  • Must possess Knowledge of accounting System. SAP/ORACLE are added advantage
  • Must be IPSAS compliant
  • Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels

Salary

  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property;
  • Advising customers on the suitability and value of the property;
  • Maintain positive business and client’s relationships;
  • Acting as an intermediary in the negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, legal requirements, prices and related matters.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses with minimum 3 years experience in real estate business;
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Highly motivated, driven attitude, sales-driven, results-driven, target-driven attitude and strong social media skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

Salary
N70,000 monthly (with 5% commission on houses sold).

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Conduct regular reviews of the effectiveness of the processes and implement actions regarding key areas for growth and improvement of services;
  • Conduct regular or ad hoc meetings as required;
  • Attract customers and maintain positive relationships with clients and subordinates;
  • Manage the overall operations of the organization (clinical and non-clinical staff);
  • Follows and enforces standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations and maintain safe and healthy work environment;
  • Purchase the right equipment and maintain solid inventory data.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, or other related fields of study with minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management;
  • Experience in the medical field is an added advantage;
  • Must possess PMP certification or relevant experience in project management and good
  • knowledge of project management body of knowledge;
  • Must be dependable with critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision;
  • Must possess strong negotiation and people management skill.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
