- Acquiring data for primary or secondary data sources and Maintaining databases.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements
- Proven working experience as a data analyst.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design developments,data mining and segmentation.

- Responding promptly to customers inquiries
- Communicating with customer through various channel
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
- Managing a team of Junior customer service representative.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive ,empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times.
- Processing orders,forms ,applications on request.
Requirements
- Ability to stay calm when customer are stressed or upset.

Job Title: Backend Engineer

Job Description
- A broad understanding of infrastructure technologies and tools,teams based version control deployment automation & orchestration ,and cloud computing platforms.
- Interest in deep dive into network ,concurrently and multithreading.
- Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Manage cutting edge technologies to improve legacy application.
- Liase with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features.
- Troubleshoot & debug application.
Requirements
