Job Title: Head, ICT & System

Job Objectives
- To drive the company’s ICT strategy and provide day to day technical resources, operational ICT support, applications support and Web services support needed to achieve the company’s objective.

- Assistant Manager – Application Support
- Assistant Manager – Infrastructure Support
- Assistant Manager – Service Delivery
- ICT & Systems Supervisor – Service Delivery
- ICT & Systems Supervisor – Infrastructure
- ICT & Systems Supervisor – E-Services Business Improvement
Responsibilities
- Ensures provision of business continuity through scheduled maintenance, continued technical performance and cost effectiveness of application packages.
- Establishes and maintains operating guidelines, procedures, and standards of performance to ensure company’s information system needs and objectives are fully addressed.
- Proposes and coordinates the implementation of major ICT Development projects.
- Ensures progressive development of user capabilities across the company through sound in-house ICT training and hands-on support services to staff.
- Develops and maintains service level agreements with vendors and ensures vendor performance.
- Monitors and controls the financial and operational performance of the directly managed ICT functions/systems.
- Defines and coordinates the implementation standards for infrastructure services including the update of the intranet and other ICT security-related activities.
- Develops framework for implementation of regular information security reviews and ensures that access controls are effective,
- Performs information Systems Audit to ensure that all information systems available meet the needs of all business users and identifies gaps or security breaches in these systems.
- Plans and execute Post implementation Review (PiR).
- Ensures progressive development of user capabilities across the company through sound in-house ICT training and hands-on support services to staff.
- Develops framework for implementation of regular information security reviews and ensures that access controls are effective.
- Performs lformation Systems Audit to ensure that all information systems available meet the needs of all business users and identifies gaps or security breaches in these systems.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of information technology and management systems support policies to enhance efficiency in business operations.
- Develops and coordinates the implementation of information technology and management systems support policies to enhance efficiency in business operations.
- Leads user requirements analysis phase of application development or package acquisition projects.
- Ensures provision of business continuity through scheduled maintenance, continued technical performance and cost effectiveness of application packages.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1st Degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Computer Science, other relevant ICT certifications.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 8 years in ICT Management and Project Management, with experience in management of medium to large scale ICT facilities
Job Title: Head, Legal Services
Location: Nigeria
Job Objective
- To Manage all legal issues involving the company in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provides proactive legal and business focused advice to the management.
- Monitors changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and takes appropriate action
- Liaises with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Develops and oversees compliance with all applicable industry codes as well as its legal and statutory requirements and obligations.
- Ensures effective management of the company’s litigation profile and portfolio.
- Ensures effective negotiations (involving legal/statutory issues) on behalf of the company.
- Ensures error-free and prompt documentation of all contracts/agreements involving the company.
- Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive legal documents/information of the company.
- Manages the legal issues in disputes/claims involving the company professionally.
- Analysis and identification of the legal risks and implications of all company’s transactions.

Supervises:
- Legal Officers
Experience & Qualifications
- A good university degree in Law.
- A Master’s degree in Law or MBA is an added advantage.
- Over 10 years post qualification experience, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Legal Officer in a first class law firm.
- A minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a well-structured organisation is desirable.
- Experience and understanding of the aviation sector will be a clear advantage.
