Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Our client is seeking to engage an HR Business Partner to sit-in on their site (on the Island) to execute an HR Consulting intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Personnel
• Experience in a consulting firm would be an advantage
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage classified information
• Computer savvy with a working knowledge of human resource Information Technology
• Excellent Communication and Administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity & retention
• Provide advice and recommendations to management for resolution of daily issues
• Formulate practical plans to address human resources matters.
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
• Assist in the development and integration of policies
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
• Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
