Job Title: Social Media Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram that promote your organisation and brand.
- Write engaging blog posts and articles.
- Create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
Requirement
- Should have a minimum qualification of HND or BSC
Job Title: Travel and Tour Marketing/Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell travel products and tour packages.
- Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.
- Deliver and exceed performance and productivity.
- Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations.
- Provide sales reports to management
Job Requirements
- Should have a minimum qualification of HND or B.Sc with experience in Marketing and Sales
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions for both print marketing and web initiatives including direct mail campaigns, event promotional marketing, ad banners, dynamically targeted emails, promotional pages, user interfaces (UI) and website content flow.
- Collaborate on brand strategy and positioning.
- Developing and interpret concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations and company logos.
- Determine strategies to deliver a clear message to a particular target audience.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum qualification of HND or B.Sc with experience in graphic design.
Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ticket issuance, re-issue and reservation.
- Responsible for Visa Processing & Protocol Services.
- Assist and provide the necessary information to customer inquiries.
- Acting as an intermediary between the airlines and the agency by ensuring there is day to day correspondence with the airlines on ticketing and reservation issues.
- Ensuring tickets are delivered to the customer before the date of travel.
- Ensuring there is effective follow up on customer travel plans (Hotel, Visa, etc).
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Ensure that all periodic payments to regulatory bodies ie. IATA, NANTA, NCAA etc are executed.
- Ensuring a seamless transaction when booking tours and holiday packages.
- Ensuring that all bookings on tour engines are done correctly.
- Conducting market surveys and advice management periodically on findings
- Assign duties, responsibilities, staff roster and leave records.
- Keep self and the team up to date on product, service, policies, and procedures through regular team meetings ensuring communication and understanding
- Handle day-to-day problem resolution, escalating to higher levels as required.
- Ensure ticket stocks are correctly logged, stocked, stored and all material properly stocked and displayed.
