Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in a Computer related course
• Minimum 4 to 5 years with Industry experience ;
• Hand on ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling;
• Experience for server management and data base administration;
• Qualified IT professional with certification.

Responsibilities

• Server management and data base administration
• ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Testing new technology
