- We are looking for an experienced Search engine marketer knowledgeable in search engine optimization.
- The Email Marketing Specialist has a solid foundation in content marketing that will be leveraged to support the business in driving the development and execution of our Email Marketing/CRM strategy.
- You will help ideate and manage the deployment of various acquisition and reactivation strategies including broadcast, batched, and triggered email campaigns. You will analyze email performance and communicate and immediate optimizations and improvements geared towards campaign success.
- The Email Marketing Specialist will have a range of both technical and creative skills. A strong understanding of web analytics and content optimization strategies is essential. This person should also have a foundation in evaluating the effectiveness of organic and paid content marketing campaigns and be able to give performance updates that are supported by data

Responsibilities
- Code, test and execute email marketing campaigns – including engagement programs, behaviorally- triggered campaigns, email templates, forms, customer lists, and others – to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Set up A/B subject line, creative and copy tests regularly
- Manage review and approval process for email content.
- Develop email and landing page content, working with content and creative teams to optimize existing newsletters and develop new email products.
- Oversee email acquisition strategies, including the management of paid email capture on various social media platforms and distribution channels.
- Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion and retention.
- Analyzing and providing recommendations on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirement/Qualification
- 3+ years of relevant digital marketing / web content marketing experience with a particular emphasis in full cycle email marketing.
- Experience with , HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Expertise in email marketing best practices, trigger-based lifecycle programs, compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), and deliverability.
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- High proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced reporting execution.
- Intermediate copy editing skills such as writing effective headlines and ad copy.
- Goal driven with the ability to adapt to change and to new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as a teammate and community member.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 per month for a start.
Job Title: Senior Front End Designer/Developer
Location: Enugu
Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified Front-End Developer to join our Development Team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications. You must have a working knowledge of website design and development
- If you’re interested in creating user-friendly web applications, writing code, and moving forward in your career this is the job for you.
- Responsibilities will include translation of designs and ideas to actual code. You will be a part of the creative technology team, working with designers, merchants & fellow developers, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. You will also work on tool maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements, Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer
- Hands on experience with markup languages
- Experience with CSS and JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and XD, as well as content management systems
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Front-end developer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, or other code editor experience with Grunt/Task Runners
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design principals
- Strong design concept skills, including typography, colors, styles, etc.

N100,000 – N200,000 per month for a start
