Job Title: Office Director

Location: Nigeria

Job Profile

  • Plan and coordinate the office affairs/system and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines,
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary efficiency.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g. electricians).
  • Organize and supervise other office activities and the secretarial staff.

Requirements
General Qualification Required:

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Membership of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators will be an advantage.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience – Post professional qualification.
  • Male/ Female, minimum of 40 years of age.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office Organization and optimization techniques,
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mature, meticulous and multitasking

 

Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Implement sales and marketing strategy and scheme
  • Build good relationship with new and existing clients
  • Build and develop clients to deliver set targets.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with Clients and other stakeholders to obtain all necessary information as may be required, to facilitate the successful conduct of business.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Ensure clients are well equipped with sales materials and technical training.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best meet their requirement with all technical details
  • Providing after-sales support services for Customers
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Expand ARIT Clientele base by securing positive deals with new clients.
  • Provide feedback of the market, analyze and determine most crucial needs of key clients and carry them out to ensure they receive first-class customer care and service.
  • Prepare and communicate strategies and set objectives to clients to suit their changing preferences.
  • Carry out continuous market analysis and research on dynamics of IT Security Market
  • Manage conflict and suffice effective negotiation and sales strategies.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly review together with the Business development manager.
  • Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed targets which must be met.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.

 

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Initialise Business analysis of the project
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Project quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Coordinate with OEM on all project technical hitches that has to do with OEM
  • Work with business development team to drive growth and achieve all targets for given OEM channels.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEMs and pass Info to management
  • Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned OEM market.
  • Manage deal pricing and other Technical sales proposal activities by providing rebate support to support marketing department.
