Job Title: Strategic Planning & Budgeting Personnel

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • Drive internal SME alignment for the design, scoping and costing of all Infrastructure projects
  • Incorporate the project costing into the strategic Plan for the Social Investments
  • Supports with the breakdown of the strategic Plan into Annual Work programs and Budgets
  • Maintains the database for the archival, retrieval and use of all Budgetary and strategic documents for the use of the team to meet stakeholder and business objectives
  • Support the [planning and execution of the DWSI project Inspections and oversight plan and creates periodic performance reports
  • Supports the preparation of the Commercial bid documents for each of the project types and location for the purposes of conducting commercial bid for our infrastructural projects by SCM
  • Reviews periodic Project Managers Reports for the purposes of monitoring performance of Project Managers
  • Work with a multi-functional team assess implementation and do a lookback on the distribution of advocacy and engagement materials and document lessons learned for process improvement
  • Supports the preparation of all Annual work program projects approval above the $100,000 threshold for management approval required for FCPA clearance
  • Supports post approval reconciliation and close out of all FCPA to meet compliance expectations

Job Requirements

  • Civil Engineering background will be preferable
  • Numerical/Quantitative abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS project
  • Good knowledge of Company Procurement process
  • Good Knowledge of Ariba
  • Good writing skills

Job Title: SSHE Lead III

Location: Nigeria

Job Nature: Rotation (8 weeks on/2 weeks off)

Main Functions

  • The Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) Supervisor supports applicable functions/units/projects in developing and reviewing deliverables, responding to Management requests, identifying staffing needs, and reviewing/endorsing applicable work deliverables
  • The SSHE Supervisor ensures that the tools, resources, and support are fit for purpose, providing stewardship, analysis, direction and supervisory support to drive the organization to achieve SSHE objectives and priorities
  • The SSHE Supervisor is responsible for managing reporting personnel to optimize performance and for their stewardship and career development.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

  • Ensure understanding of and compliance to legal requirements
  • Report all SSHE incidents
  • Conduct Workplace Safety Observations
  • Comply with Client requirements and promote SSHE on site
  • Comply with the Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure requirements
  • Ensure compliance with PPE requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Behavioral Skills: courage of conviction, makes sound decisions, manages risk, strategic
  • Functional Skills: emergency preparedness and response, incident investigation and analysis, operations integrity and compliance assessment, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) execution support, risk assessment and management, safety management, safety regulations and standards, fundamentals of health, fundamentals of security, environmental business planning, environmental standards, regulation development and advocacy, regulatory compliance and permitting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 15 years demonstrated work experience in safety-related positions (including some prior oil & gas experience)
  • Extensive knowledge of security processes and procedures
  • Proficient in use of computers and programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, as required to function effectively within a project team
  • Prefer minimum 10 years’ prior experience working in a multicultural / multilingual, emerging nation, environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellence in project SSHE performance
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful internal and external working relationships with emphasis on interfacing in a team environment
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently in performing contractor services with an appreciation for company processes and procedures

Job Title: Technical QC III

Location: Nigeria

Main Functions

  • Provide technical guidance / oversight of geophysical vendor field operations. Monitor and advise on operational, data acquisition, equipment, recording, instrumentation, and positioning matters for the Project.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for verifying the geophysical vendors and their subcontractors adhere to the contract requirements, project plans, and industry standards
  • Responsible for communicating findings to Lead QC and/or  staff
  • Responsible for adhering to project SSH&E requirements
  • Maintain proper records and documentation, and communicate findings to Company.
  • Responsible for verifying the site investigation vendors and their subcontractors adhere to the contract requirements, project plans, and industry standards
  • Responsible for communicating Technical, Operational and SSH&E concerns and issues to office personnel to ensure project proceeds according to Company standards
  • Responsible for coordinating work in the field with other simultaneous operations occurring in the same work area

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 20 years geophysical field experience; oil and gas geophysical field experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSH&E) standards, Company reporting requirements, and an awareness of Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS) procedures.
  • At least 10 years’ previous experience of working in similar position on projects is required to ensure familiarity with company processes and expectations.
  • Demonstrated skills in effective communications, interface management, auditing and assessing operations, and problem solving.
  • Necessary work permits/authorizations in addition to the training and certification as required for working on offshore installations/marine vessels.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
  • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)

Job Title: Inventory Management Personnel

  • End of the year donations to charitable homes
  • Work with a multi-functional team assess implementation and do a lookback on the distribution of advocacy and engagement materials and document lessons learned for process improvement
  • Work with NMA communication to process and distribute advocacy and engagement materials to Company locations and offices.

Job Requirements

  • Higher education (University Degree or HND) is required to provide these services
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in programme support services
  • A good knowledge of Company processes will be an added advantage.
