Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Develops and manages products by identifying potential products (or managing existing products)
- Conducting market research and generating product requirements.
- Determining specifications, development timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
- Developing business plans and marketing strategies.
- Develops sales support training and responsible for product sales and profitability.
- Responsible for overall customer experience and product revenue/profitability.
- Overall responsible for product revenue targets of agreed product/s
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering, Physics or a Business-related discipline.
- MBA or any relevant post-graduate management degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, 2 of which must have been in a management position in an ICT organization.
- Expertise and experience in managing products in identity, banking, IT or telecoms sectors.
- Experienced in developing business cases and supporting delivery plans.
- Have managed at least one JVA form inception to successful implementation
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and managing large (multifaceted) products, I T and communications-based project experience an advantage.
- Expert knowledge of the project lifecycle, its products, techniques, appropriate methodologies and approaches (e.g. Agile, waterfall).
- Use of Microsoft Office tools for analysis, planning and reporting including MS Excel and Projects, and expertise in presenting complex data to inform and influence a wide range of stakeholder.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Travel: Inter States travelling would be required.
Job Responsibilities
- To drive the achievement of Chams Plc sales goals, and ensure continued profitability of the business by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Develop growth and profitability of all Chams Plc solutions and products, while coordinating all aspects of product availability.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Software/IS team and work with them to ensure that products are delivered to customer requirements and in line with agreed terms
- Monitor competitor activity in terms of customer experience, pricing, their alliances, credibility and advice Management accordingly
- Develop and implement a companywide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Establish key relationships with customers and agencies based on industry segment to ensure maximum exposure and increase in revenue
- Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products/solutions to current and prospective customers
- Benchmark company sales processes against industry and best in class standards to ensure competitive edge.
- Formulate, update and implement Sales policies and processes
- Review all reports on business development activities and advice Management accordingly
- Monitor sales performance & deviations from budget
Requirements

Job Title: Project Manager

Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- To Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day to day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Responsible for the guidance of ICT projects quality, preparation progress, and cost.
- Responsible for reviewing the company project quality management and related acceptance criteria to both Management and clients.
- Responsible for quality inspections, proposing technical quality assessment opinions, verifying technical quality acceptance levels, and being responsible for quality problems arising during supervision, inspection, acceptance, and handover.
- Ensuring the project is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.
- Accounting for project tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
- Developing project-specific procedures for the work to be carried out.
- Evaluating, organising and prioritising work within the overall project schedule.
- Liaising and managing third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering, Physics or a Business related discipline.
- MBA or any relevant post-graduate management degree in related discipline
- Membership of relevant professional body (PMP) is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 3 of which must have been in a management position in an ICT organization
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to learn design packages.
- Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information simply to a diverse range of people.
- Good negotiating and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to listen and fully understand the expectations of the clients.
- Working knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Autocad, Visio and Project)
- Ability to use AUTO CAD is compulsory
- Proven ability to determine priorities, cope with high volumes of work, plan & organize workloads, set targets, meet deadlines and achieve high standard results
- Experience in an IT or related industry
